Buying Guidelines:

¨ 10% commission will be paid on any horse purchased with the help of Prestige Equestrians. This includes and it not limited to:

· Equestrians evaluates ads found on the web, on a flier at a show, or from word of mouth by other trainers.

· Prestige Equestrians makes any sort of arrangements with can include and are not limited to seeing the horse, setting up a vet check, talking to the seller, etc.

· Prestige Equestrians helps in coming to an agreeable price between buyer and seller and facilitates the sale in a monetary sense.

¨ Buying a horse is a difficult decision, let the knowledgeable professionals at Prestige Equestrians help you select your perfect partner. Selling Guidelines:

¨ 10% commission will be paid on any horse sold by or with the help of Prestige Equestrians. The services we include are:

· Help placing ads and responding to emails and calls about horses.

· Setting up appointments to show horses.

· Handling the monetary transactions involved in the sale.

¨ We also provide a video making service. For a flat $50.00 rate we will make a video of your horse and format it to be viewed on You Tube and on our website. (Money covers extra time with filming and editing of video)
